Initial routes are C5 for structural pest management for others and D5 for the organization’s own operations.
- The organization permit is primary
- Legal name must match or the discrepancy must be explained
- Declared use must match
- Shipping must be in Québec
Purchase for resale
A Category A organization may declare wholesale resale; a B1 organization may declare retail resale of a Class 3 product, subject to review.
Legal review
E or F certificates use an exception workflow. Other C or D subcategories and future B2 support are disabled and marked LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.
