An organization must carry on an eligible activity, hold the relevant authorizations, and use an approved Québec delivery address. Eligibility depends on the product, intended use, and the organization’s authorized activities.

Atomes reviews the organization’s identity, authorizations, intended use, and delivery information. Our team may request clarification or current documents before making a decision.
Use, storage, and transfer
The registered label governs use of the product. The buyer is responsible for reading and following the label, complying with storage and handling requirements, and not transferring the product to a party that does not hold the required authorization.
Approval for every purchase
Approval of a professional account is not a general authorization to purchase. Each request is reviewed separately based on the product, quantity, intended use, authorizations, and delivery address. Payment is offered only after the request is approved.
