Eligibility and account information
AtomesBio Pro is reserved for eligible professional organizations in Québec. The buyer must provide accurate information and keep the organization’s legal name, contact details, authorizations, and addresses current. A material change may require another verification.
Product use and transfer
The buyer must determine whether the product is suitable for the intended use and comply with the registered label, handling and storage requirements, and applicable law. The product must not be transferred to a person or organization that does not hold the required authorization.
Price, taxes, and payment
For an approved request, the price, applicable taxes, and delivery charges are shown before payment. No amount is due unless the buyer chooses to complete secure payment. The order is confirmed only after payment is accepted.
Availability, delivery, and cancellation
Orders remain subject to product availability and are delivered only to an approved Québec address. Atomes may refuse or cancel a request before shipment if an authorization is no longer valid, information is inaccurate, the product is unavailable, or a regulatory or safety concern arises. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, Atomes will contact the buyer about the next steps or applicable refund.
Returns and support
Do not return a pest-control product before receiving instructions from Atomes. Contact our team before any return or disposal, or if a shipment arrives damaged, so we can provide directions appropriate to the product and situation.
