1 — Organization application
After email verification, the organization submits its permit, purpose, addresses, and required consents. Atomes manually checks official registers.
2 — Purchase request
The approved customer chooses product, quantity, purpose, and an approved address, then accepts the active label and terms.
3 — Transaction verification
A reviewer rechecks the buyer authorization, Atomes credentials, and purpose. An immutable organization, permit, product, and label snapshot is retained.
4 — Payment and fulfilment
Only after approval does the server create a Shopify draft order and send the payment link. Shopify events update payment and shipment.
